I moved in to Oasis at Bayside April 1, 2017, and have found the management to be extremely accommodating! Gina and Shayla have done everything that they can to help me make this my home, they're great people and they care! The maintenance crew is very helpful with anything and everything I needed. When I came here I didn't tell them I was disabled until after I moved in and they've been wonderful from getting another handicap parking spot to accommodating my service dog. This is the first apartment complex I've lived in and I love it! The neighbors are great and everyone looks after each other. If you're looking for quiet apartment home living, this is it. It's truly a great community!

Don't expect to be treated fairly. The property manager Gina Vairo and another office staff were talking badly about current/further guest and how she could careless about the residents problems. I was in the office on the computer listening to all this going on. They didn't realize I was in there using the computer at that moment. I confronted Gina today about the situation and she said "I can say whatever I want". Theres a lot more but I'll spare you the time. Everyday is a new problem here at Oasis at Bayside Apartments.

I have almost lived at Bayside at the away sis for now going on 16 months my first apartment was a one bedroom and it was very nice to live in and I really had no problems needed to move to A2 bedroom to help a family member and the problems begin within the first few days of living there there had been a extreme roach problem I have been down there five to six times they've had exterminators in and nothing is working I now have to fight to get out of the lease because I refuse to live anywhere where there is bugs I know the occasional bug is expected but on a daily basis when you go to sit on your toilet and you see a roach on the seat it really would freak you out not used to living this way also in the evening you can't even sit outside to enjoy the air because the beds are so bad you have to worry about getting 1 in your hair to sum everything up my first year I was very happy here this second year is now been a nightmare I can't sleep at night I worry about the bugs in the room I worry about bugs in my food I worry about bugs and anything that I use this is absolutely horrific horrible horrible thing to have to deal with I do not suggest anybody to rent a place at Bayside at the Oasis

This place used to be called Landmark at Largo Crossing. If you look up the reviews for that place, you will see that they are terrible; however they changed management companies and changed the name a few months ago, probably in part bc of their image.

Unfortunately, with the switch, this place has gone from bad to worse...I had a leak in my shower for 10 months of living there (I moved out with it not fixed). I reported it to both management companies multiple times, every time it was plastered over and would leak again within a few days.

This complex is loud (everyone is allowed to have dogs and people play music) and, worst of all, there is no parking ever. The parking around your apartment will be full sometimes by 6pm and you will have to park by the fence, which sucks with groceries or kids. On weekends, it stays full most of the day and night.

Finally, though I could probably go on all day, the staff is rude and will mislead you. I was considering renewing my lease, and because I was looking at other places, I went into the office and asked what the cheapest price for a 2 bedroom apartment was and the woman proceeded to give me an answer $50 higher than what they had posted on craigslist an hour before. This is to a resident who never was late for rent, never had complaints about them, and never complained besides a few times for a leak in my shower which had black-mold surrounding the leaking spot.

I would strongly discourage you from thinking about living here, they are very overpriced for the area and the service. A neighbor across the sidewalk from me was paying $50 less a month than me, in the same apartment, but they had a nest of bats on their porch that was causing a terrible smell in and around their apartment.

Live here at your own peril....
