Assisted in pioneering low cost, no cost legal services through the Clearwater Bar Association in 1980. Assisted in start-up Citizens Dispute Program in 1985-1987 as mediator and case resolution officer. This program eventually became a mainstay of Small Claims case resolution. 1980-1983 was part-time professor at Tampa College teaching Business Law and Public Administration.
