Provided by YP.comI have had the machine for almost a year. Whenever I called for help, I got forwarded to an 800 number and promised a return phone call. It never happened!
I drove there today to ask for help and talk to the manager. He refused to see me, so I returned the machine to them.
They are in business to help folks like me with a sleep disorder, yet they can care less if a customer has issues or leave them. I'm sure there will be many more like me. That manager ought to be fired! The worker refused to give me his name.
