I'm am immigrant that came to US looking for among many other things, a "great customer service", so far so good, unfortunately today at this pharmacy I faced one of the most horrible experiences in customer service.
One of the ladies in the pharmacy is the most disrespectful person I ever met, she also needs to learn about "empathy" and respect the customer.
Coming from a Communist country myself , the lack of respect and good manners with customer is also a problem in Vietnam.
Kudos to the manager that was able to manage the situation in a professional way. Hope he can read this comment and understand that people like that lady in the pharmacy department destroys his business. How can someone be so "arrogant, disrespectful and ignorant at the same time". Hope they take the right action to avoid situations like this in the future.
My last day in that pharmacy. Hope they can respect my personal information as well.
