My son, passed away April 15, 2016. He was 31. He had been seeing Dr. Robert Mayer for years. He was a former drug addict.

He had Asthma, and seizures, ADHD. My son was hospitalized many times for breathing issues. The hospital doctors and his pharmacists all said he was being over medicated. He should never have been on Xanax. It is a known fact, that this prescription should not be given to a patient with a prior history of drug abuse, seizures, or asthma.

I called after his passing, to request his medical records, and his Medical Assistant, Michelle, said it was a Federal Office, and that all records are sealed, even after death.

My son had been applying for Social Security Disability, and the Judge had to subpoena his medical records from Dr. Robert Mayer, because they would not send them.

He was negligent in the amount of prescriptions he gave my son, and the dosage. My son was highly medicated, and slept most of the time. Do not go here, unless you want your loved one to die.
