All I did was call for an estimate, and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rood! My pups circumstances are not the best, and she couldn't stay with her mom for two whole months. That is not my fault nor the dogs! This lady definitely shared her opinion about my situation. On a professional setting it is important to not judge your customer, because you do not know the true situation. Just lost a potential customer!!

RUDE & Unprofessional poor customer service rushed off phone
