In Nov a pipe broke in my wall. I called as soon as I found water in my carpet @ 4:45. They called stating the ON CALL maint worker was @ his other job until 10 pm and that he would come after that. He showed up only to say he would call plumber the next day. Plumber and drywall/tile guy came but I was left to suck up the standing water in my carpet by myself with my own carpet cleaner for OVER 48 HOURS. When the carpet man did finally come, he said he was called then cancelled, they wanted the tile guy to come first. Inside of the wall was not dried. When we moved out in mid Feb, there was mold growing in the back of the linen closet in the bathroom.

The office assist told me TWICE Feb rent would be prorated. After 45 days I asked why I had not received our final move out inspection and refund. Property mang says we didn't provide at least 15 days notice prior to moving. We provided them written notice in Dec and on Feb 8th. He refuses to refund, claiming we owe a final water bill.

Manager is too slow to aprove improvements

Me and my husband were going to move to another apartment but they gave us an old one. The bathroom cabinets are falling apart, the sink is leaking, its just awful. I've been living here for 3 1/2 months and the lease agent told me that they would change our cabinets. I'm still waiting for the cabinets. The washer and dryer in the laundry room is broken since I moved in. They told me that the machines are from "the old contract". What is that mean? They won't fixed till the new contract is up? I got my blanket stolen from the laundry room... Kids run around screaming the whole afternoon with no adult supervision. I can't wait to move out of here.

Hot and Unhappy

I have lived in this complex for almoat 2 years now. Since we moved into our second floor unit we have had multiple issues. The largest and most annoying of which has been our A/C. The system hasnt worked in the hot months since we moved in. Our electric bills in the summer exceed 300 dollars while the tempatures inside the apt have gotten as high as 89 degreees. The A/C is ALWAYS on. it does not cool down the unit at all. I have been complaining about this for 2 years and little to nothing has been done about it. There has also been some other minor issues. The toilet in the main bathroom always smells like backed up sewage and causes ugly stains in the toilet. the bathub drain stop broke and instead of fixing it they gave me a little plastic drain plug which doesnt work so I havent been able to take a bath in more than a year. The dishwasher doesnt work very well and never has. the list goes on... to say that the management has been unresponsive to our needs would be an understatement. I would not reccomend renting here to my worst enemy
