I went to get dinner for my family before a carnival so that I wouldn't have to spend so much there. I wait in line inside Burger King and there is one person ahead of me... It takes 45 minutes just to take my order... then another 15 to get my food and then it was cold and nasty the fries were old and they didn't even have any sweet n sour sauce! I mean give me a break so at one point the other 15 customers and I called the manager and it moved a little faster but I went for FAST FOOD .. I could have had a 5 course dinner faster than that! I call the number on my receipt to complain about the food and it is a FAX machine... the 727-581-7706 number is a FAX not a phone number! I tried calling customer relations but it is a Saturday and they aren't open. I plan on going in there today before the carnival again to complain about what happened yesterday... I hope they at least have the courtesy to give me my money back... This Burger King is AWFUL
