Provided by YP.commy wife is a gold dealer and a very smart one at that, The owner of the jewelery store tried to low ball my wife. but felt stupid when my wife called him out .He then threw down her stuff and said he was going to lunch,I'm writing this cause i was not there cause if I was someone would of been writing about me.. they lack truth, and the good coments are there workers . tom's jewelers is the place i would go for anything great guy honest and great deals works 6 days a week 727-656-9662
Hello, in response to this posting. We offered the "dealer" $39 per dwt (penny weight) which was $4 more than her "uncle" Tom. She called her uncle about his prices while standing at our counter then gave the phone to her very young daughter Faydra or Phaedra (whatever) then proceeded to yell repeatedly at the child in our store until she broke down crying. The child was not doing anything at all to receive that type of treatment. Ray then walked away from the situation without wanting to cause a confrontation. Our prices are posted on our web site. Provided by YP.comI went their to have my vintage 18k watch appraise and they open it and scratch it! The owner said it was scratch already.
In response, We have been in business for over 25 years and are very careful with our customers items. We have all the tools and skill necessary to open a pocket watch without damaging it. An antique pocketwatch would have been opened many times over the years and very well could have already been scratched.
