From start to finish..Great job...Workers are on time..Nice..informative...Office staff was Great..Price was right..Really nice front porch addition to my home...Will use again...

In my opinion they cheated me, I never got a full refund! Here is part of one email of many with the company!

"See you are clueless on this manner. First - I don't have any check. You say you sent it, if so where is it? Second - how can I give you approval when I never received any documents to show my association? Third - How can you say you know what's going on, or how easy this is, when you didn't send me any blueprint, or any kind of paperwork what so ever. It blows my mind you do business like that. Have you ever build anything at a condo before? I doubt it since you don't know I need to show them something for them to approve. Fourth - I also explained to the salesperson that he would need to talk to the HOA manager. I even introduced him to Donna the manager and I left them talking as I left the property. If that wasn't so then why didn't I get anything to show her? This is one royal screw-up. No meeting of the minds and that is essential for any legal BINDING contract.

Now you said you are confident that you refunded my money, where? I ask for proof? My guess is you are not informed or just lying, or was lied to by your salesperson. I never saw any check for $400 and never saw anything from your company to show the HOA. So where did they go? "

Do NOT Do Business with Affordable Aluminum.

These people are real pieces of ****. My parents had to go out of town for emergency surgery, these guys called to schedule the installation. My folks had explained they were out of town on a medical situation, and allowed the team to install anyway even though they were out of town and would not be back for a few days. ( 10% late fee on projects they aren't paid for IMMEDIATELY after installation so they were totally setting up my parents for a late fee ).

When they did get back in town, fortunately my father survived the operation, their super b**** receptionist called and began.....seriously..... yelling at my Dad and threatening to send them to collections because the bill was due that day. My mother then called and explained the situation and let them know that the payment was already on the way. A few days later they sent ANOTHER invoice including a $200 late payment fee 'per the contract' because they didnt pay immediately after installation.

They had a wind shutter installed above a door on the side and they installed it off-center of the door so that a porch light next to the door stopped it from closing....if it had been installed center over the door it would have closed perfectly! Get off your crack and stop harrassing good people for your poor and unprofessional work.

That was our experience. Now we are going to litigate over the harrassment and improperly installed equipment and the late fee. Sorry they were out of town clinging to life you pricks, but you got already got paid and THEN send them an invoice with a late fee? Shove it up your *** - you can call Bay News 9 for me and explain why you shouldn't be doing business in our state.

COMPANY DOESN'T KNOW MUNICIPALITY CODES.Tried to get them to come out to look at an area where I wanted to install a carport. Receptionist was too lazy to send someone, and expected me to talk to city first to see if I can put up a carport... That should be THEIR job to know the codes in each municipality that they are able to work in. If they don't and they screw up, it falls onto the owner.

It just doesn't get much better than this place. After ordering new windows & doors for our villa, Affordable Aluminum crews were there non-stop until the job was completed, (less then 2 days) wouldn't even take a drink of water I offered them. Product arrived on time, as promised & everyone was very professional. We Love, Love, Love our new windows & doors & I must say, this was the most pleasant experience anyone could have wished for. I highly recommend Affordable aluminum!

Affordable Aluminum did a great job on our screen enclosure. The salesman was professional and was able to explain in detail what we were getting. Everyone from the people who work inside the showroom to the workers on the job site were exceptionally friendly.

The people at affordable aluminum will treat you like family from start to finish. you may have to wait a couple of weeks , but that is because they are so busy. i have had storm shutters, decorative awning, gutters, and screen room over the years.
