VERY RUDE! Lisa is rude and unprofessional. She gets irritated at certain requests for haircuts. I will not be going back.

I have used Lisa's Grooming for several years. Lisa is a highly skilled groomer, does a great job and I have never had any problems with my dog afterward

Went to pick up our dog from there a while back when we tried Lisa's grooming and she had been cut on her bottom. It was pretty obvious and we noticed before we ever left and mentioned it, to which we received a reply that "she must have had it when she came in." This is impossible, because I'm sure we would have noticed a fresh scrape on her bottom. I've never known our dog to be violent and highly doubt this was anything other than pure carelessness. If the employee would have explained what had happened truthfully, or came right out and admitted that my dog flinched at the wrong time or whatever the circumstances were, I might have considered giving them another shot. Not impressed...

I was worried about taking my dog to a groomer - would they treat him nicely? Would they do a good job? Would they be affordable? I've been a client of Lisa's Grooming for a year now and I can tell you they do a great job. You can usually get in within a week or so, they are affordable (about $35 for my dog), and my dog is comfortable there. They kennels they use are right next to the clipping and washing tables - which is important, if you're dog is like mine and has separation anxiety. From his kennel he's able to see the groomers as they work. I trust Lisa and her staff whole-heatedly and would recommend them to anybody

Clean, bright, professional environment. Experienced, knowledgeable staff. no-nonsense no-cruelty. Booked my first appointment for the following day and my dog has never looked better!
