I took my truck to get a free diagnostic check from O'Reilly's Auto Parts, and they told me my oxygen sensors were out of whack, so I had them order in the parts for me. They don't so installations, so they recommended I take it to Les's and have them install the O'Reilly parts for me. Before I went in, I called them on the phone, and some old man who couldn't hear a word I was saying answered. Before even asking the make or model of my truck, he asks for the vin number, but I didn't know, so he told me to just bring it on by. Since I was close, I swung in to have them take a look. When I got there, one of the workers was backing one of the other vehicles there out of the garage, but when he got into the street and drove forward, the hitch of that poor person's truck fell off in the middle of the street. I told the old man (the same one that answered the phone), and after explaining what I just saw 3 different times (I had to point out exactly what I was talking about), he finally went out there to get the hitch. When he came back in, I explained that I was the girl on the phone that he had talked to less that 5 minutes before, and I wanted an estimate on my oxygen sensors. He told me that he refuses to install other people's parts nowadays (when I specifically told him on the phone that I already had the O'Reilly parts coming), so I said "Well, I don't have to buy the O'Reilly parts, so could you give me your own estimate?" And he says, "Well..... We're all covered here. We don't need your business." AFTER HE ASKED ME TO COME IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Awful customer service!!! Don't ever take anything to this douche bag. He doesn't deserve any customers at all with the way he treats people.

Never take your car here. They charged me telling me exactly what I told them was wrong with it, when all I wanted to know was if they had the proper equipment to fix the car. I had been to three other places that were unable to help me and they charged me for essentially nothing. Horrible and blind siding place.
