I called on a Monday to get an estimate to have drain turned toward the street with an extension drain that can be raised when not needed. No one returned my call so I called again. He said he does remember my call but forgot. He came out later that evening to look at my issue and said he would comeback the next day to do the work. He wanted to use velcro as a fastener to hold up the 4 ft extension and I requested he use the standard hook and latch used for that. pointed to my neighbors to show what I was talking about and he said he could make one. That was over a week ago and I have not seen him or heard form him. Very irresponsible and unreliable. Don't bother with this one.

These fellows did the roof on our recent addition so when we were looking for roofers on a rental house we bought they all but had the job. We called for a bid/estimate on the new house and they said they'd be over the following day. No show. They stalled us for 4 consecutive phone calls about the bid with excuses and delays. "We'll be there tomorrow to measure and bid". "You'll have a bid in your hand by Friday." sorts of stories. They strung us along for two full weeks with this during a very time sensitive roofing project. Thanks but no thanks.
