Our rental was not ready as promised. We took two truck loads of trash from the house upon moving in. Mold in the bathrooms and the maintaince guy worked in the house for a week after we moved in. There are still items that are not fixed and we are going on two months .We have asked for compensation and for the items to be fixed. I cannot even get a email or a call back .

Do not rent of buy from Eike Real Estate. They take advantage and scam college students in Laramie. They do not communicate back with tenants.
