I am not happy with my contacts and I will have to start over with another doctor. I have a box of contacts that are uncomfortable that I was not reimbursed for.

I saw Dr. Pieper for eye exam for contacts. He was very accurate in contact lens fitting, and professional. He is well versed in eye health. However, I've been waiting over a month since I ordered my contact lens and pd. for the visit, and staff won't even return my call for status.In the meantime, my eyesight is getting worse. It's hard to take off work, pay them, and then go somewhere else and start all over again. It appears to me the doctors are far above average, but staff negligent.

Wow going to place is like going to the twilight zone! The manager Kristy Keller is the worst person in the world to deal with and she will cause you a lot of problems. I think they rescued her from a mental facility and made her the manager. Likewise, Dr. Hollon is the biggest crock of a doctor. I am actually checking to see if he is licensed to legally practice because judging from my visit he doesn't know the first thing about what he is doing.
