I like things simple. I ordered my shoes. Less than a week later they arrived. A few months later I ordered shoes for my wife. They arrived. How much better could service be? Buy your shoes at Dodds. Plain and simple.

I've been shopping at Dodds for many years and they have an awesome selection. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are great and they also have a price match guarantee. Couldn't ask for much more.

Horrible customer service in the first place. Once somebody finally helped me, I asked if the boot I was trying on was waterproof. The response was "Eh, I'm not really sure. But it should be." I ask about warranty issues, the answer "Um, what's warranty?...." That night, I find out in the rain storm that it is not waterproof AT ALL. The next day, I ask about exchanging the boot for one that is actually waterproof, and the response is "Well, if it's defective, we can replace it with the same boot. That specific model is not supposed to be waterproof -- the salesman was wrong, but we cannot replace the boot with a different model".

Worst customer service and quality of shoes. Expect seconds that don't fit and a return policy that is ridiculous. They will not make exceptions and are extremely rude to deal with. Buy from Amazon, Endless, or other reputable online source instead of them and save yourself the trouble!

Ordered slippers from them and when they arrived they appeared different than what the photos depict on their website. Even after I explained I would exchange for something different, they refuse to pay for the return shipping because they sent me what I ordered. There is a huge seam down the entire top of these that's extremely uncomfortable which is not shown in the photos on their website. I do ALOT of online shopping -- worst customer service I've experienced yet.
