Complex is well maintained and clean, units are spacious and well kept. Only problems I have had are one of the buildings across the way- lots of kids, breaking bikes that are locked up,playing and leaving all their trash in the walkways between units, trashing the laundry room, screaming at the top of their lungs, adults always hanging out on the balcony and up front shouting up and down to each other, smoking cigarettes that eventually land in the grass or curb.. On day I sat at my window and counted 40 trips up and down the stairs into one unit across the parking lot in 4 hours!!

There's 4 vehicles in the parking lot that haven't moved in months. Overall a decent place to live if it weren't for one group of folks and all the kids.
