The two guys that work there are awesome, The manager Chris was so helpful with finding the correct cable needs for our older stereo equipment and took the time to find it and ship it in from another location inn just a couple of days. When we came in to pick up the stuff Jeff , the assistant manager was just as helpful in making sure we understood how to set up the wires. The new Sprint store within was looking great and nice, not pushy at all in trying to get us to buy phones, a welcome experience, we may be back!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Their selection sucks and their service is even worse. Horrible, just horrible. Very unfriendly atmosphere.

The shack has decent deals on phones from time to time but the service is a drag the employees know less and less about electronic and basically anything outside cell phones in which they are rehearsed but don't actually grasp the technology concept at least at the Lapeer store from my experiences lately.

Standing in the store right now...have been for 2 hours. Two teenagers cant help me.
