I have taken my Sheltie, Willow, for years and love the way Amy does him. Her mom is great too. All Shelties have a lot of hair, but he is the hairiest of the hairy. When I pic him he looks like he has half the hair and is so handsome. Last year I switched to just a short cut all over for him because of the summer heat and he is so adorable this way too. I was concerned how he would look so they took the time to show me pics of other short cut shelties so I could have an idea. I thought that was so nice. They really know what they are doing!

Not happy! I was given a price on the phone of $35.00 to groom my puppy. When I went to pick him up. They said the price is $40.00. I told them they said $35.00 prior to me dropping him off. She said, "He is hard to groom" I asked "Did he bite", she said "No, he just moves around a lot, so I have to charge $40.00." That is unacceptable to change a price at pick up time! If she would have said something like "Next time....I will have to charge $40.00...maybe".
