Will not go back. I've been bringing my dog to this location for the self serve dog wash since we got him 2yrs ago and before that with my 15 year old dog. He got sprayed by a skunk this morning. I received a call that my sister went into labor at 5am so let him outside before I left. Instead of going to the hospital I took him to24 hr vet who gave us skunk off. Worked great and smells 10 xs better.Waited 4hrs until this place opened &drove 45mins so I wash him & go visit my sister and my new niece/nephew. Instead they turned me away even after my sob story of driving so far&when this happened. Now I'm driving 45 mins back home with a stinky dog to give him a bath outside in 30degree weather.going to miss the birth of my first niece/nephew but at least soldans customers will be happy. Just not this one. It looks like we will be finding a local place who is more understanding and treats their customers well. I'm sure you don't care if u lose acustomer but I hope you can't sleep tonight.
