Rude staff, dirty machines, and lifelong contract to keep you stuck there. Not a place for anyone serious about working out

I have no problem with Planet Fitness. Staff are friendly. Only I have problem is staff don't understand what deaf mean. And they still blah blah blah when I asked for paper and pen so I could Communication with them. But other than that. I'm much happy to going Planet Fitness :) I have no idea why people didn't sign up for class. I always sign up for class. They have free personal trainer. They correct my mistake. At most of the time, I'm solo or two person in classes that I sign up for.

If you want to go to a good Gym don't go there. Planet Fitness is the worst gym I have been to. No Professionalism. They don't respect the customers, they only wan't your money. Even Credit card companies lets you choose auto billing options but not PF. They will deduct money no matter you go to gym or not.



Asked for Cancellation 2 months ago. Still not cancelled my membership and no SHAME on thier part. They will make Cancellation very complicated. I have never seen any other company this bad.



AVOID BY ALL MEANS

After tanning around Lansing successfully for the past 7 years, I decided to get a membership here for $20 monthly 24/5 tanning. However, after 6 months, I've yet to get substantial color, other than red. Anyone else think they use cheap bulbs?

horrible customer service....they hide hidden fees and do not make you aware of fees being withdrawln form your account....when I found out about fees they refused to refund my money when I asked to cancel my accounts and told me now one else is causing them this much trouble ........go back to customer service 101....buyer beware!!!!!
