We got stranded in East Lansing..on a Saturday so I fully expected to be sitting for hours waiting for help.Tennessee was our tow driver and he got to us in under 25 mins which astounded me.He had the car loaded in minutes and delivered us to our mechanic in DImondale in no time flat.He was so personable and efficient that I have been raving about my screwed up Sat all week!Highly recommend this service.

PJ's is the best company in the whole entire world, they are not only care about giving you the best service, but they also take care of you as a person, a customer, and a friend. I came from China, and had an accident on high way, they actually took care of my car, and send me back home. I was so moving of how much they care about you as person. They do their job professionally. I just don't know how much appreication I can say, more than words can ever explain. I will do anything to recommend PJ'S to anyone. P J's is the best towing company I've dealt with in Lansing. They arrived very quickly to tow my vehicle (at least 15 minutes before the estimated time!).... were friendly, helpful and very professional. I can't say enough good things about this company... definitely would recommend!

I've used these guys twice. Both times, the drivers were exceptionally nice, had great attitudes, and on one tow, even dropped my minivan in my garage instead of in my driveway. Great company. Keep up the fantasic work guys.

My wife and I were traveling down I-96 coming in from the Detroit area on a Friday night, when all of a sudden we hit black ice, our car went out of control and hit a guard rail, smashing our car up!

The Sheriff's dept came to the scene and gave us a list of local Towing companies in the area that service this area ,

We chose PJ's Towing they were there in just Minutes.the driver winched our car off the guard rail loaded us up onto a flatbed type truck ..Now what? we are 75 miles away from home, They took us to a local hotel..and dropped us off, we were so shook up, they even picked us up in the morning took us and our car back home to Sterling Heights

What service! Great people to deal with!

My wifes car broke down at the Kroger store on W. Saginaw st yesterday she had all of her groceries loaded up in the car when the darrn thing would not start, she went into Kroger they recommended PJ's 25 Hour Towing telling her they serviced west Lansing..within 10 minutes a PJ's driver showed up clean truck very friendly tried to jump her car without sucess it would not start?? so he loaded the car up on the flatbed truck, Then he drove my wife to our home..even helped unload our groceries then took the car to our mechanic! I am not use to that kind of service!! They charged us $55. yes only $55. They are a great company !! I called the owner to tell him of the great service....he told me it was a Father & son team just tring to make a difference..That they are!! and we will recomend P.J.'s to anyone that needs a Tow truck, Keep there number 517-886-4000 they even have a web site www.pjtows.com

I was broke down in early morning rush between Bath and Lansing, I called PJ's they were there in no time at all! Nice warm, clean truck, and a very courteous driver, very cautious with my vehicle and even recommended a great place to have it repaired! I rate this company A1 Plus!
