Well for being a know car rental company poor customer service , all my information is on my Emerald Club and had to give him all my information again license and cc again then he said o your Emerald Club. Plus gave a car where no USB OR 12volt worked. Phone to work on vehicle setup didn't work. What got me it took 25 minutes to get my car. This is not acceptable. Not happy at all, told check in person at airport about the car what didn't work. So if you do rent a car please check all all electronic on car before you leave.

National Car Rental is a great place to rent a car in Lansing. Their rental cars are always in great condition and their staff is the best at taking care their customers.
