I live in Saginaw but came to Lansing Gardens to pick greens here in September 2016 I have always come to Lansing Gardens for years now to do the very same thing never have I seen such bad conditions in that area weeds were taller than me I took a picture for my husband to see what I had to work with just to get to what I went there to get I had to spread the weeds apart and then step on them to hold them down to do what i needed to do the weeds was so tall you couldn't tell if there was animals hiding and then or not I can say this the new owners don't seem to be doing as good a job at gardening as the ex-owner they need to get it together I see that they are working on the front and it is good but why not work on the back as well it looks like they threw some seeds on the ground and some water and that was it all I can say it was terrible and they should be ashamed

News from a friend: Owner of Lansing Gardens died awhile back (91). Lansing Gardens is closing for good in July 2015. Got my plants from Meijers when Lansing Gardens failed to answer their phones on many tries. I just called Lansing Gardens today, 18th of May, and finally the phone was picked up, a number was dialed by one of the employees, but the employee never answered me, but instead... HUNG UP ON ME. Looks like the place is not worth the bother anymore.

Monday April 15th and they are not answering their phone! Website shows they are currently open for business. I have called 5 times from 10am to 11am!! No voicemail setup! Very unorganized possibly under staffed. Will be going to Horrocks seeing as they not only answered their phone, but answered all my questions!
