Used them a few years ago to design signs for us--were very tough to get to return calls, or communicate in general. We decided at that time to wait on doing anything. We are ready to do the signs now so a few weeks ago I contacted them again--got their voicemail during business hours--and left a message. Good thing I found someone else just a few days ago because they never did return my call! Very poor communication and customer service!
