Hot water works has treated very good since I moved to MI.

We purchased our hot tub here around 4 years ago. After a couple of years our lights went out on the tub. The next time I went in to purchase chemicals, I mentioned that and they said they would find out what stage our warranty was at and than get back with us ,they never did. The next time I went in, several months later, they did the same thing and apologized, we'll email you asap, never did :( The third time I go in, suddenly they can look up the info immediatly, Oh I'm sorry, your warranty is over, it'll be $$$ for the initial visit & $$$ for parts. What a scam, I now go to another place.
