Buyers beware this are some very very extremely racist white people. The do not keep up the propertys. They all support each other against African American blacks. Do Not go here. Plus the drug dealers are thier out right bold!! Plus your car will be broken into And you wiint have thier support or help. They are unprofessional and dishonest. They make no repaires when they are fully responsible for it. Please do your home work! Even when you want to rent only. Owners are out of the states or country.This place gets no rateing PERIOD!!

I've been an owner here since 2001. We have good management now in Buckthorne. They are doing a good job at maintenance, although it will take a while to get everything the way we want, since we had bad management in the past. I have wonderful neighbors too.

Horrible people to deal with, very nasty and unprofessional, buyers beware, this is a very difficult situation to put in, they treat like dirt.
