We purchased living room furniture and after it was delivered, we started finding many defects and within 10 days, via email (with pictures attached) we requested Ashley do something about it. But we kept finding defects and some of the responses from Ashley were not acceptable (defects were not defects, 5 minutes of sitting on it is considered wear and tear on the appearance, etc.) so we requested a return and refund. They have been hostile in this and have said they will in no way take a return. We have not used the furniture as we were anticipating a good customer experience from them. The tags are still on the pieces.
