This place did not do a good job on my daughters hair. The next day her braids started to fall out and when we returned to get them repaired, they refused to repair her braids!

I have been watching this braiding shop for a while.. So I took a chance and got my hair braided. I got the Senegalese Twist... I absolutely love my hair.. Josephine braided my hair and she did excellent job. She is patient, kind and sweet considering that she is pregnant.. She stood on her feet for 5 1/2 hours..No Complaints!!

Please beware of this establishment!! I am very dissatisfied with the service!! I paid almost 200 dollars for my daughter to get Senegalese twist, two fell out the very next day. When I asked Lili to fix them, she refused and argued with me!! I will never go here again they are very rude and unprofessional!

I have got my hair braided at lili's and I love it. The braids are nice and neat and they prices are very affordable. I have been there 4 times already and I sent my nieces there too.The staff are very nice and professional.I have been to a lot of braiding shop but I prefer lili's. I recommend that you try them.You gonna love your hair

I saw a woman who had gotten her hair done here and her braids looked really pretty, however they were in a ponytail. I decided to go ahead and give it a try because they were only charging $170. When I got there the woman Gloria, or Lili, was supposed be braiding my hair was Not there. I Call her to find out when she would be there and she insisted that I allowed one of the other women to braid my hair, because they "are just as good as her". Long story short, the woman was very rude and she did my braids in the middle much larger than the braids around the edges. I Asked her to make them smaller she told me that she could not. Around the edges they are gorgeous but in the middle they are too big. The braiders attitudes are very nasty. They are unprofessional!!! I will never give them my money again and if you like quality work you shouldn't choose this salon!!!!

My experience with Li Li's was not positive. I have a sensitive scalp, they braid extremely tight. They have bad attitudes towards paying customers. I asked if they could braid lighter they told me no and to hold the braid at the root to alleviate the pulling. It felt like they were pulling my brains out. I should have walked out but i wanted a protective braided hairstyle to rest my hair. They assured me it would feel better in a few days after the braids loosened. After 7 hours of excruciating pain i then experienced a terrible allergic reaction to the synthetic hair they use. After 2 days I removed the braids. They did refund me half of my money back after I put up quite a fuss. I am now nursing a rash on my entire scalp. If you don't like tight braiding do not got there!
