My computer crashed and I really needed browser bookmarks off the hard drive. A relative of mine recovered the files by installing the hard drive into his computer and put them on an external drive. Then I could not use a different version of a web browser to open the bookmarks.A man at Chicago Laser took 1/2 hour to help me recover the files- for free. Weeks later I had a different hardware problem, which he helped with, so I bought something just as a thank you. Well worth it. Thanks.

Stubbled upon the company by accident. The Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had intentions of getting rid of a laptop and a desktop. He conviced me to let tham try to save the laptop. He was successful and it cost more than half of what I paid for a prior repair at Office Depot. Plus, I had it back in a day and a half!

Had our computer for over 6 years, we do quite a bit with it, so it is truly important to us. We first approached a local shop about a half block away from our home, we wanted to try and keep business in our community,felt like victims of a bait and switch tactic, so we left. Fortunately, we remembered Chicago Laser from years ago. Called Chicago Laser, from the first moment on the phone,dropping off our computer, receiving our consultation,approving the work to be done and picking up our repaired computer, we were treated kindly,respectfully and fairly. We are truly grateful for a decent price, quick service and courtesy. We recommend Chicago Laser.

I had trouble printing. I called Brother who tried and helped as much as they could and then suggested Chicago Laser as the closest service center to where I live. I called ahead to see if they could help with my particular issue.Ken on the phone was amazing. He took the time to help me over the phone and was actually able to SOLVE my problem!!!! The end results was great but more than that Ken's willingness to TAKE THE TIME to help just over the phone is what impressed me most. Selfless customer service and I'm not even a customer... not yet. I will certainly be considering Chicago Laser for future needs. If Ken takes such good care of you, when you're not their customer, imagine how well you'll be helped if you actually were their customer. Thanks Ken!!!!!!!

Chicao Laser & Computer Service is a very reliable company and great in an emergency. Ken, came to our rescue when we were in disparate need to get our computer going for billing for tuition. We were locked out and Ken immediately found our problems and we were up and running in a short period of time. I would not only call Ken in an emergency, but will use their company as our regular computer geeks. Everything was explained thoroughly in layman's terms. I felt that I had learned about about computers after listening to Ken's explanations. I highly recommend this service.

I am a consultant. I secure my assignments via my email. I was not able to log on to my email this am. After several attempts I called Chicago Laser Computer Service. I took my computer into their facility and this after noon my computer was up and running. Plus that did not charge me an arm and a leg for the repairs. I am more than satisfied. If you have a computer issue, I recommend that you take you computer to Chicago Laser and computer Service. They will treat you right without taking all your money.

I LOVE Chicago Laser and Computer!!!!! The staff there are the most helpful, knowlegable, freindly people I have ever met. They go above and beyond the call of duty suggestioning ways for me to save money and get the most out of my products. I thought I'd have to leave my computer there for days to have the battery and hard drive replaced, but they did it right then and there, very cheaply, I might add! I will be back with my other computer soon!

On 3/14/2011 my laptop stop working after a week of searching for a place to get my laptop fixed. A friend of mine told me to bring my laptop to Chicago Laser and Computer Services. I took my laptop in and Aaron Danko fixed my laptop on the spot and even made it faster then it was, all for a small price. THANKS Aaron & Chicago Laser and Computer Service, I will tell all my friends.

I've had a few unfortunate moments with my laptop. The last time I wanted to throw it away. Without criticism and always eager to share, Aaron (computer technician) fixes and even enhances my computer experience. One afternoon he corrected an error that was obviously my screw up and the cost was sooo minimal...really! They're all just really nice people.

Why would ANYONE buy computer equipment or get technical help from Best Buy when Chicago Laser & Computer Services is right down the street? The people who work in this business are knowledgeable, friendly, and ethical. After Aaron saved the info off by dying computer, he transferred it onto my new computer (purchased at CL & SC). Unbelievably good service for amazingly fair price.
