Listing for yellow pages is incorrect. The office is not open 7 days a week even under normal circumstances. Office changed my appointment without speaking to me directly, left vm at work. I came in for appoint. to find out it was changed to the next day. I had a tooth extracted on a Tuesday, called following Sat. got sent to vm, noone on call and to call emer. dentist, pay $310 up front. I have gone 2 times since. I have dry socket. Emer dentist gave me antibiotics and pain meds. I have an appt. on 8/4. All I got from Brookwood is an apology and that the person not putting the oncall message on was "reprimanded". I still have the bill for the emer. dentist..who is the victim here?
