I was skeptical when I saw the 3 stars rating on Yelp but I am glad I went ahead to call them. It was very easy to schedule appointment (all online). The guy showed up and did an excellent job in cleaning the stains accumulated for 1 year. I will definitely use them again.

On the day of the appointment, these guys were late by 4 hours. No one called me from their office to tell me that they were late. Every time I called, they were an hour late and I should expect an call in the next hour. Which I never did. They kept telling me that a customer lied about the size of the place to be cleaned.

Another great cleaning. They have a one hour window when you make the appointment. And if they are going to be late , they will call you. Great , quick clean job for my old carpet. I use them every 5 months, because of my pet. Great job. Ask them about payment options.

They clean my carpets once a year and boy does it shine. Have a dog who has made some accidents in places and he always gets the stains out. Carpets dry quick and never smells like mold or mildew after. Highest recommendation you will not be disappointed.
