this is not my first time joining or gym, but decided to give this a try because of convenience, a few minutes away vs a 10-15 minute drive; continually changing class schedules and dropping classes, no class scheduling posted online which means you don't know until you get there- no apologies and no effort to be consistent; once, maybe twice okay, but this has occurred since opening and continues week to week although promised music via your personal earphones it is not available at most machines, nor do the personal TV monitors work, or staff can't explain operation; relying on a famous name (had no idea until signing up) isn't enough...the place needs experienced management focused on providing service, even ordinary and average service would be okay at this point- the frequent front desk staff changes shouts the need for personal involvement by owner; clean workout and toilet areas, although no one wiping equip. during open hours and no one seems to wipe down equipment after use;

This is a very nice and clean gym that has all the bells and whistles. I was very disappointed with the one class that I participated in which was the Insanity class. Unfortunately the instructor was not experienced, not in shape and was a very unmotivating instructor.
