Worst customer service experience of my life ... My family and i order every Sunday and our order never changes ... We order the same hawiian pizza, texas onion pedals, and GRILLED chicken salad EVERY Sunday. When our order arrived it was definitely not our normal. I called the store and spoke with a young girl who put me on hold only to have an elderly lady pick the phone up and say "I took your order and i know what you said." I told her i know her son Chris which is the owner and we order from you every sunday. She responded with "yea ok, i am his mother and i know what you ordered. I explained to her that the pizza sent was a white garlic pizza not a hawiian and the salad delivered was chicken and mayo not grilled chicken." She then proceeded to raise her voice at me not caring if i was a loyal customer or not stating "I dont care if you order from here or not , i know what you ordered." CLEARLY we will not be ordering from this place again and dont believe anyone else should pay this disgrace of a store.

Last night we tried out Tummy Yummies for first time. The food was very good & was impressed with menu selection.



However, what we were not impressed with was the fact that....the owner/manager (assuming it wasn't an employee) was in the "ladies" room for well over a 1/2 hour. We asked a woman behind counter if there was a key since it was locked & she said someone was in there. My daughter & I both had to end up using the men's room. We ordered, sat down, waited for our food, ate & sat a few minutes before leaving when this person finally came out of ladies room. Imagine my surprise when I saw it was a man. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time. I did see this person go back behind counter so that's how I know it was someone associated with/working for Tummy Yummies. Apparently this person was in there smoking a cigar, we could smell it as soon as he walked by us. My daughter went in to wash her hands (she had ribs) & he left ashes all over sink & worst yet, did not have decency to flush toilet & left his crap in the toilet!!!!



What a lack of respect for paying customers. Monopolizing the ladies room for that long a period of time & to leave it the way it was left is uncalled for. I can only bet he didn't wash his hands & then went back to cook food. And, the ultimate question....why was a man in the ladies room? Men's room was in perfect working order.



Unfortunately, I doubt very much that we will visit this restaurant again even though the food was really good.



With such a lack of respect for customers, can't imagine Tummy Yummies will be a success.
