The manager likes trying to discipline his customers rather than train his employees properly. He doesn't know how retail works.

Very unprofessional staff. Brendon the sound guy was great and so was kieth but everyone else couldn't care less about you unless you're buying an $800+ dollar item

They don't care about customer service. With the exception of a few employees, they are lazy, greedy, and are on an imaginary high horse. I've spent a lot of time and money in this store so I know it well. I stuck around so long because the quality control on their new items are pretty good. Besides that, local stores are your best bet, especially for repairs, upgrades, and setups (don't trust your good guitars with them, find a freelance guitar guy or local store). Lastly they are usually very understaffed, especially lately. Having to wait 20-40 minutes for simple transactions, each employee is helping 2-4 people at once. If they hired more people, increased their standards and hired people with better attitudes more suited for competitive retail environments and paid them accordingly, they would have a great store on their hands. But going back to my first sentence, they just don't care.
