We just relocated from Knoxville, TN to Spartanburg. After moving into our home, we noticed that our tile shower had issues, including missing grout, cracked grout, missing sealant, etc. We hired Kelle Roper who owns Surface Genie to address the problems. He came to inspect the job - on time - and my husband and I noticed right away that he seemed very knowledgeable and articulate regarding the issues needing addressed. Kelle did excellent work. He was very thorough and explained step by step what he felt needed to be done. He did the work as if it was his own house. My husband has been in the trades for his entire lifetime and he said it was refreshing to find a true craftsman. In addition to his skill, an added plus was that Kelle was so personable and a delight to work with.

Surface Genie has recently cleaned our bathroom and kitchen tile, repaired the grout in these areas and color sealed it also. The work was performed carefully with excellent results. In addition, communication was maintained throughout the project. The costs were very fair and the work was carried out for the projected amount.
