When it comes to honest, caring and professional local small business, Mac Daddy is my go to place for all my lawn needs. I have purchased Robot Mowers, Zero Turn mowers, serviced my generator, Poulan Pro riding Mower and other mowing equipment at Mac Daddy. I am not a landscaping guy but I can tell you that Eddie and Tamara extremely cares about their customers and they take the time to explain and help customers. They could have easily sold me expensive mowers that exceeds my needs but guided me to the right Zero turn mower that is perfect for my lawn. They are extremely busy but always have time for their customers. I always love to support our local business and Mac Daddy is a great representation what a honest small business should be like. My experience at Mac Daddy is second to none.

Just bought Cub Cadet mower with a Kohler 22 hp engine from these folks. Super nice people to work with and got a very good price. Why deal with heartless 'Big Box' stores, when this locally owned, 'Mom & Pop' operation is so near?? This is the place to go!

Great job done on my riding mower. Brought it in for running rough and mower blade replacements. Called me a few days later stating they found other problems with my mower. Not only saved me time and money from having to go back and forth from Temple Terrace to their shop, but cost of repairs was good. Thanks for job well done.

I have used Mac Daddy Mower repair service for several years. Eddie is very professional in his repair work and does a great job in servicing my lawn mower at a reasonable cost. Eddie aims to please his customer and provides useful tips in maintaining my mower. I would highly recommend you email your mower problem to [email protected] . They make the repair easy.

Nonexistent customer service. Called on a Friday about a part. Was told they had it in stock. Drove to the shop to find out they didn't. Ordered the part and told it would be in on Monday and to call then. First off, any place I've done business with calls when something I order comes in. Called and part was not in. Called Tuesday, part not in. Called Wednesday, and was told to call back in an hour so they could look for the part. Called back in an hour, told they hadn't found it yet, to give them another twenty minutes and they would call me. Waited forty minutes, called again and spoke with Zach. Explained situation said he would call back in ten minutes. Called back and they didn't have the part, nor had they ordered it and tried to claim it wasn't their fault....exactly who's fault would this be then? Took my service to Will on 41 up near 52. Got the part within 20 minutes, no problem. Now that's how you treat customers!

I took an old push mower there as it was not running very well. The mechanic did a compression test & explained the results to me. He then started the mower and did several test. He then shut it off and told me it would cost more than the mower was worth for them to fix it. He then said he could sell me the part I needed if I wanted to do the repair. When I said OK, he spent about 20 minutes explaining to me what to do and how to do it. I bought the part, followed his instructions and the mower is now running properly. The mechanic spent a total of more than 40 minutes doing testing & explaining to me what to do all for a part that cost 3 dollars. I could not ask for better service and a more honest explanation of what was wrong and how to fix it. He took the time to do all of this even though 2 more people showed up while he was helping me. I will definitely return there for any lawn mower problem as well as recommend this company to anyone needing lawn equipment repair.
