AWESOME! THE YOUNGER GUY IN THE FRONT WAS VERY POLITE AND DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME A BUNCH OF CRAP LIKE ALL THE OTHER CAR PLACES, HE JUST CHECKED MY CAR AND GAVE ME A PRICE THEN FIXED IT AND I WAS ON MY WAY. IT WAS SO NOT STRESSFUL. I WILL BE TAKING MY CAR TO THEM FROM NOW ON...

I went in for tires. I initially wanted four but could not afford but two at the time. Durning my initial visit to Quality Tires & Service Inc I informed the owner which at the time I didn't know was the owner that I didn't want run flat tires. He quoted me a different tire that I decided to go with. When I went in to have the two tires installed Roger had ordered the run flat tires which I made clear that I didn't want. The owner pulled my check off of my paperwork and tossed it on the counter. He told me to go somewhere else and but you do GD tires because I don't want your business. He went on to say I don't know what I want and that Roger ordered exactly what I asked for. He was using profanity and was very inappropriate and unprofessional. He went to return my car to the parking lot. I asked Roger if that guy was the manager and he informed me that he is the owner. I asked Roger if he treat all of his customers like this and Roger replied, he treated you like this. I got my belongings and went to get in my car. This man was in the garage continuing to use profanity and bad mouth me. I turned around and tpld him he was unprofessional. I put my belongings in my back seat and then hot in my car. As I was fastening my seat belt. This man, the owner camecto my car, stuck his head in my window, put his finger in my face and stated get the f...k off my property you stupid b..ch an then told me to hurry up. I pulled out of the lot and called the police. I have lived in this community for almost two years. I have told people how much I like my community. How friendly everyone is. The post office, Walgreens ect and this is why I wanted to keep my business in my community but this was a huryful experience. I am out done and will let it be known. No stars for unprofessionalism.

I have used Kevin & Roger for my classic car repairs for years. They can do it all. I hope you guys are around for a long time as I probably have 1 more classic to restore before my wife shoots me. Clifford

I took my car in for the engine light coming on. I spoke to Roger he was very nice and helpful he called me a few hours later with what was wrong and how much it would cost, he did not try to sell me more than I needed he seemed to have a fair price. Most important he fixed my car right. I will keep bringing my car to him.

I took a starter to Quality Tire And Service 1401 N Lancaster, TX for them to install it for me.I purchased it the day before at O'reilly Auto Parts. About an hour after leaving my car with Quality Tire they informed me that my starter was no good and that I needed to take it back to where I bought it. They told me that O'reilly Auto Parts was not a good place to by a starter,they have too much trouble with them and that they would never buy one from them. After all is said and done, I ended up with an O'reilly starter on my car and was told by Quality Tire that it came from NAPA Auto Parts and they charged me $ 277.00 .They refuse to give me my old starter because they need to collect a $75.00 core charge. NAPA Auto Parts charges $89.99 for a starter for my car with a $27.50 core, California emission When I returned the starter I purchased to O'reilly Auto Parts they tested the starter and there was nothing wrong with it. when I returned to my car it wouldn't start, One of the O'reilly employee found the trouble under my clutch. it was a connection problem. When I informed Quality Tire of the connection trouble, Roger got awfully angry with me and asked me to never come to his shop again, I'm think that he has it twisted, I'm the one that been wronged.

I'm the injured party. I was hood winked and bamboozled. I want my money back.
