I give it a one their clientele is a circus one can sit there and laugh all day if you can stand it. The owner and workers pretend that they understand very little English. But if you have a issue with their service they will speak English better than any American. Oh and they know if you are the regular customer when you come in and they start the quiz game with you. Have you been here before? Where do you get your nails done? I got individual eyelashes I wear them all the time and they were cheap there $18.00 on Tuesday! Don't get them they last 3 to 4 days instead of 3 weeks to a month. They lasted 4 days and came off in one long strip. The owner who sit in the very front said after 24 hours there's nothing she can do but if I paid her full price she could put them back on for me. Yeah good luck with that.
