I'm extremely unhappy as I sit under the dryer. First of all, I am a new client here so I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes early. To my surprise the stylist was not there; however, she did appear at 11:00, the exact time of my appointment. The salon is in an very old home/ trailer home and inside matches the worn down looking exterior of the building. There are old couches, shoddy paint jobs,and old shared hair supplies. The stylist goes straight for the shampoo bowl proceeds to do a decent gentle job of massaging with her finger tips. She lathers and rinses twice, and then I'm headed over to her seat to start styling. No conditioner...really?? She then blow dries my hair and begins my two strand twist style. She uses a very fine comb on my bone dry kinky hair which just rips through, pulling out clumps of hair. I've never seen so much of my hair on the floor or in a comb. I mean isn't that basic knowledge not to detangle dry natural hair with a cheap fine tooth comb; you can find that on YouTube. I admit its my fault for letting her, but sometimes you try to trust professionals, you know. Nevertheless, I WILL NEVER EVER EVER return to this establishment again!!
