Went there tonight and I ordered a Reese's cup waffle cone Sunday and my sister ordered a snickers bars waffle cone Sunday, as we have done several times in the past. One of the workers comes back out to ask what we wanted, because I guess we didn't make sense...when it's on the menu. We get our waffle cones and mine is literally vanilla ice cream and a little drizzle of peanut butter on the top with whipped cream and a cherry, and my sisters had a few crumbles of snickers and vanilla ice cream. Worst service we have ever received. If they knew their flipping menu maybe they would know what we ordered.

I love the sonic but what makes it better is the service! They are always so up beat and happy and so helpful here! The Manager is outstanding in the mornings! She is so upbeat and kind. I had to wait one morning for my order and I was in no hurry but yet she felt that I had to wait to long so she took some of my bill to make is cheaper because I had to wait! How is that for service people! They need to go to McD's and Wendys and teach them a few things on customer service! Way to go guys you guys rock for sure!
