Has been a patient with them for over ten (10) years. Dr. Kedar is a true professional. I've worked with and for him and is impressed with his work ethic. He cares about his patient's no matter the problem he will help to the best of his ability. Office staff is very helpful and has the patient care in mine.

No sense of urgency

This is really hard for me even to right a review in such, but the public, friends and family needs to know. I HAD been going to CUFC for 10 years, when most of the doctors was still there. Starting with Dr. Singh, then Dr. Kumar, and the last doctor that has prolonged all of them Dr. Kedar! The doctors are great, it's the staff that surrounds the doctor that has put a bad taste in my mouth.

It was taking weeks, to a month to get an appointment. Part of the name of the business is urgent care! The last straw was in September 2013, I finally got appointment to renew by prescriptions on 10/24/2013. My daughter was pregnant, and was sent for delivery the same day, my mind wasn't on myself but my daughter. When I called that Friday morning, to see if I could drop by and get checked out. First I was told that I must pay the $50 no show fee for my appointment. I explained the situation, they(Laura) said that was their policy. I told her that I need my prescriptions that I was soon to run out, she said they are down to one doctor, and that he is only seeing patients on an appointment basis. The next available appointment was in November. I told them that I would search for a new doctors office that can see me when I'm sick.

I came in on Black Friday 2013 to sign my forms for my patient records to be sent to the new doctor. Laura told me that the company that comes in and does that is every other week. and they were in last week, so she was expecting them the next week. I said ok, I have appointment in 4 weeks, I need those documents. That week went by, I called and spoke with clerk she said the company didn't come by last week. This began a snowball effect, I would call every Friday and Monday after 2 weeks. Then I started to calling daily, and asking for the office manager, this was no help, because she never called me back. Some of there excuses were they had just moved from one location to another, and the files were misplaced, or not findable. They were 2 storage buildings where the files were, and now THEY don't have time to search! You are the doctors office, you are required to keep up with my records! This was at this time ticking me off. This went on for 46 days, then when they finally did find them, they charged me $72. The only reason that got one star, is that the doctor that is still there is an awesome doctor. But I have no use for the staff! I wish I could remember the office managers name, because the day I got there to pick my records up. She was talking to me, and stating Mr Hinson I am sorry, I'm sorry Mr Hinson. I had enough and didn't bite my tongue this day, I was nice as possible, and there was enough people there to know this could happen to them also. When you aren't sincere what you say, people don't take it so good and can tell that you are fake! I have failed to put this on other sites, but I PROMISE, I WILL!

The front desk people are abru...

The front desk people are abrupt but Dr. Kedar is the sweetest and nicest dr I know. I have been seeing him for about 6 years and will continue. He has been my physical dr and my "therapist". I can talk to him about anything....and cry on his shoulder. He is very understanding and never rushed me out. Wonderful man

Wait time way to long/rushed

Wait time to long, the Doctors seem like they are in a hurry because there is so many people waiting to come back. You go in for a cold and the next week you are still sick! They give you medicine's but I believe that they know it don't work to keep you coming back and forking out more money to them! The billing dept. must not understand how to bill because I got a bill and I have a insurance that pays 100% after my copayment but yet I received a bill! I would recommend going to another urgent care and the bad thing is the only close other urgent care is in Pineville/521..They are really nice there and they don't rush you out the door no matter how many people are in the lobby they take their time to understand and see what you need and see what works best!
