Barb groomed our Dexter, who lived to the ripe old age of 23, and is now doing our new rescue, Murphy. She always does an amazing job and Murphy is not the easiest to deal with! So if you are easily offended by someone who is "to the point", try somewhere else, but if you want someone with a big heart and exceptional skill, Barb is your person!

Very rude woman indeed. Don't know how she stays in business. We went in to ask about boarding and if we could see where the dogs stay and received an "absolutely not" with a holier than though attitude. Who boards their pet without seeing the place? Does she have something to hide? No one else refused our request. Would never do business with someone who treats the public this way.

Barb can be a bit brisk, but she has a heart of gold and loves her dogs more than most people!!!

As you get to know her and she you, you will get to know a completely different Barb. One that is worth knowing, if you can wait her out! LOL

I have used her grooming services and her kennel and asked her advice on things over some 30 years. I would trust her completely with my Schnauzer any day!

It seems as though the person running the place doesn't like answering questions!!. As quick as she answered the phone she gave a 4 word answer(we don't have room) and hung up on me...never again will I call this place

I called for info and the woman I spoke to was rude. She was very short with me. I asked her about putting my dogs in a kennel over the holiday and she said they did not have room. I then asked her if she had any recommendations as to where I could go and she told me to get my phone book out. I wouldn't give this place any of my business.
