We just bought a 135 year old house that needs a lot of work. My first, major concern was the boiler. After searching for HVAC technicians online, I found Sheaffer Electric and read all the glowing reviews. I called and set up a time for Ryan to come out. He arrived at the scheduled time and took a look at the boiler. After servicing the boiler, he ran the system to make sure it worked. He also explained the system and how it functions. While he was explaining everything, he spoke to both my husband and myself. This is important to me, as a woman, because so many service technicians focus on the man.



Since then, we have had Ryan out a couple more times. Most recently, he was out with John to complete some electrical work. Again, they arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner. John is equally as knowledgable and professional as Ryan.



I cannot recommend Sheaffer Electric enough. Service you can count on, along with professionalism and vast knowledge. As long as we have work within the scope of Ryan's ability, he will be our first call.
