Patricia, Please let us know what problem you're having. We did not use subcontractors and our technicians certainly aren't low paid!!!!! You must have the wrong company in mind.Steve

Sales company here using low pay subcontractors to do their work. They sent very unprofessional guys to do work on our home. Sloppy work, left a mess and are now not returning our calls. Would not recommend.
