I had the best pleasure of stopping in to Ream Jewelers about a week ago. I brought my wedding ring to see what the cost to resize it would be. I received a phone call the next day. At the current moment in time, I was unable to pay that amount, (which really was reasonable) so I told them I would be back to pick it up. I went back to get a couple of days later and the woman I spoke with explained to me that there had been a mix up. My ring was resized by accident. They were amazing and didn't charge me for the service. I was very happy with the employees that I spoke with! I will absolutely use this jeweler again! Very professional!
