Dr. David A. Winand is a Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon serving the Lancaster area for more than 18 years. He is a professional member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Vascular Surgeons and the American Medical Association. Dr. David Winand was also awarded the Dr. J Robert Troyer Award for Excellence in Anatomy by the Temple University and the Dr. Herman Brown Award for Excellence in the Study of the Art and Science of Surgery also by the Temple University.
