THIS COMPANY IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH USING! THEY ARE OVER PRICED & FARM OUT THEIR WORK TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE LITTLE TO NO EXPERIENCE DOING STAMPED CONCRETE! OUR PATIO WAS POURED 1 YEAR AGO & LOOKS HORRIBLE. WE TRIED TO HAVE TODD TURNER, THE OWNER, COME OUT TO FIX IT OR EVEN EVALUATE THE WORK THAT HAD BEEN DONE, BUT, HE WOULD NOT RETURN OUR CALLS. THE QUALITY OF THE STAMPING IS VERY POOR. MANY AREAS SHOW OVERLAPPING OF THE DESIGN, WHILE OTHERS SHOW LITTLE IMPRESSION. HE HAD SUGGESTED A COLOR BASED ON THE COLOR OF OUR HOUSE & IT CAME OUT SHINY SILVER! WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I signed a worthless piece of paper to have Todd Turner of concrete impressions llc to install a stamped concrete patio.

He was given $1935.50 down payment to start the job. One month went by without a phone call from him. I called him and he said the patio would be done in 2 weeks. After another month I still didn't have a patio and requested my money back. He did not send back my deposit or answer my emails or phone calls. I did some reserch on this company and found his better business rating to be a F and he does not have a Home Improvement License to do work in Pa.

So let my mistake be a warning to all. THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!!!
