On November 4, 2010 I was in the store and wanted to purchase two natural throws. Mark, the owner, said he would have them next week. I paid for them in full, plus shipping so he could send them to me. To date I have not received them. I tried calling his cell, which has a full mail box, so I cannot leave a message, and called the store, and there is no answer. Meanwhile, I am out $50+ and do not have the throws. Not very honorable in my opinion, especially when I visit the store every year and talk with the same owner.
