All right...I've had it! Twenty-five to thirty minutes in line tonight to get my four beverages. Waited in line behind three vehicles that took an average of 8 to ten minutes a piece. CLEARLY, THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE GONE IN TO THE RESTAURANT FOR THEIR ORDERS. But, NOOOOOOOOOO! And this is the only fast food restaurant in America with a drive-up that has a "corporate" policy of NOT asking its drive-up customers to drive around and wait on their order. REALLY? We're used to, as drive-up customers, being asked to "pull forward" especially if our order violates the definition of fast food and as a common courtesy to the others behind us at the drive-up. That's it! I have had this happen one too many times; the first of which was to wait on some idiot who ordered 14 taco supremes at the drive-up. AlI got was "sorry". Talk about a "green" restaurant, NOT with all the gasoline burned while waiting in line. And once your in line, you cant get out! Who owns this stinking franchise anyway?

Went there to get dinner for my family last night. I made it all the way home before i realized they forgot to give me half of my order, the drink I was given wasn't even what I ordered, and it looked like someone crushed the crunchy tacos into bits. I called and complained and was told to go back for a refund of the order. when I got there the shift lead refused to give me a refund because she was instructed not to by the store manager. the service is the only thing worse than the food. As far as I am concerned this Taco bell stole my money and refused to make it right.

This is the restaurant at the Food Court in River Valley Mall. The menu items are always served fresh and hot. Enjoy.
